As a doctor, in general we are happy to help anyone and everyone who is desirous of our care. While we know that is true, if I really asked you about your favorite patient or patients are,  you’d probably (in a confidential setting) name names.  If really  pressed then we could discuss what it s about them that you really like , and what Ist is that makes them your favorite. Only then could we  begin to identify more precisely the types of patients, or people, you really do want to be working with. Imagine if you could fill your practice with all those types of people - and how much more enjoyable your practice could and would be.
