It's always nice to be able to tell someone directly that you think they're brilliant - and Balance did just that with actor Nina Toussaint-White.

Nina explains how she did the hard yards on British soaps before breaking through via the likes of Uncle, global BBC smash Bodyguard and now new Virgin show The Feed.

She also reveals how she still juggles teaching yoga with acting.
