Really pleased to be able to get some incredible guests onto the show this week. Firsty, we are joined by our two special guests this week, Natalie Davies and Mike Seaman from the Racoon Events, who organise the National Running Shows. Mike was responsible for getting me up to my first show, and Natalie who I met on the show for the first time guides us through a lot of detail about the show itself and how people can attend. And my featured guest and local runner who seems to have legendary status based on his experiences and the way he helps so many other runners to reach their goals, the wonderful Paul Pickford.
