Karin Ashley is an Integrative Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, helping women and their families to optimize wellness in the childbearing years through health coaching. She left the conventional medicine model to pursue further training in Integrative Medicine and to ultimately spend more time educating and empowering her clients. Karin works one-on-one with women and couples to optimize fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum wellness through a holistic, practical, family-based approach.
