Riptides and currents are like raging rivers in the ocean. Sometimes they are so strong that it is impossible to paddle directly against them and make way. Often they can drag the ignorant surfer into serious harm’s way. Ignorance is not your friend in these situations. By simply realizing the strength and direction of the rip, the savvy navigator can paddle at an angle that releases themselves from the grip of doom. The surfer can make their way to the desired destination from that point.

What applies to one thing applies to many. Having a relationship with actuality (what is actually happening) and interacting with truth as the greatest version of ourselves (a fantastic attitude and maximum effort) is the tried and true formula for success in every area of life.
