On this weeks show I am pleased to welcome the Run Buds! A group of six runners who during lockdown, formed an incredibly strong friendship through running. For some of the members, this was far from anything they had ever imagined they could do yet now they meet each week and support each along Southsea seafront. I interviewed five of the members all together so this is a show first, but the good friendship and support they show each other really comes through strong. A really positive example of the power of running and kindness for each other. Also on the show we have our first ever Kit Corner with Jason Skirrow. Jason brings a wealth of knowledge from running for over 35 years, and comes onto the show to tell us about some kit items which may be of interest to runners out there.
