On Episode 40, we delve into the story of Sergeant Wayne Jenkins and The Baltimore Gun Trace Task Force, one of the most corrupt police units possibly to ever have run the streets, before being put in charge of the task force, Jenkins regularly engaged in police brutality, the robbing of citizens, and running drugs on the side, and when he was put in charge of the unit, he and his colleagues continued the same behavior, but with more far reaching consequences
