On this weeks episode of the show I get to have a wonderful chat about running, cycling and swimming and all sorts of things with talented Triathlete, Piotr Meller. I met Piotr a number of years ago through parkrun and it was great to find out just how Piotr came to train to become a strong competitive triathlete. We speak about recent travels to the far east, international moves and all sorts. As always Dave and I catch up about all the lovely warm weather recently and discuss a new hazzard in Portsmouth for runners, being the killer crows that keep attacking runners and causing bodily harm!
