Viva, Craig Roberts! As today is World Mental Health Day, we have recorded this special episode with one of Britain's brightest talents in Craig.

The Submarine star has now written and directed Eternal Beauty - a beautiful film starring the great Sally Hawkins that explores paranoid schizophrenia. Such is the meticulous work carried out by Craig and those around him that this is possibly the most accurate portrayal of that particular mental disorder ever committed to film.

Craig also opens up about anxiety, and reveals something that has helped: playing Pro Evolution Soccer! He even became the seventh greatest player in the world - yes, really!
