On this episode of the show I feature an incredible story by local runner Kyle Conway who has completely transformed his life through habit improvement and running. Kyle reached out to me on the show after his story was run in the local news and he had a lot more detail to share about his journey to his first ultra marathon. This is a truly humbling story and a really great tale of achievement. Also on the show I welcome back Jason Skirrow as he gives us runners some great summer running advice when it comes to kit that he has used. Jason has a wealth of running knowledge through experience and I’m pleased to have him back on the show as a semi regular guest.
