Listen Later

This episode begins with Dave and Daniel giving a debrief from their big races which took place over the same weekend. Dave run the Lakeland 100 and goes through the race itself in some detail about the route and the fantastic atmosphere created by the organisers. Daniel tell us about the Kennet and Avon Canal Race and how his race unfolded and he ended up finishing in 6th place after the epic 145 mile journey from London to Bristol. Both show hosts had a fantastic experience at their races and speak us through some of the highs and lows.

And then for our featured and special guest, we welcome the wonderful Jean-Louis Lafayeedney from Atlas Live Tracking, who comes onto the show to give us a run down of what it is like timing for races, and how their solutions that use Bluetooth technology are lightweight, affordable and reliable. This is one subect I knew absolutely nothing about and it’s great to get Jean-Louis onto the show to give us a bit of information about the subject.

Enjoy the show everyone, and as always …. happy miles! x
