I run through 23 UK small caps that we wrote about in this week's Small Cap Value Reports on Stockopedia.

Also, I comment on markets overall (cheap, lots of takeover bids, but also plenty of profit warnings), and run through my spreadsheet keeping track of profit warnings (18 in October), and takeover bids (11 in October) - may not be comprehensive, as this is only the ones we wrote about on Stockopedia (companies between £10-1,000m market caps, and excludes some sectors).
