“What a Journey” (Mocktail)
Simple Syrup Instructions: Over medium hit, stir together 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder, several fresh sage leaves, and freshly grated ginger. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a light boil, removing the syrup after it has formed. Let it cool to room temperature, serve, and store remaining syrup (in the refrigerator) for up to 30 days.
