there's no coincodence that it feels like hard copies and physical entertainment is coming back. people are starting to notice that we don't own anything anymore and it's not just that. we aren't giving ourselves the care we truly need sometimes because it operates outside of what's considered normal. if you dont have this subscription how can you be on your ish? if you don't have health insurance how are you taking care of your body... lets get into it because somehow at one point i had everything but was not truly being taken care of. so many people have insurance yet still go fund me's are needed so lets talk about it andd if it isn't in one of these areas the question remains where are you living your life on a convenient subscription?

Some of the biggest chances that I took in life came right after doing something that scared the hell out of me, almost like I needed to find another way to scare myself into seeing myself from a better perspective. Shortly after going skydiving for the first time I decided to live in Brazil for 6 months and though I may seem like a wild child now that very first adventure was ignited by something that was wildly popular that I just couldn't seem to understand, but wanted to. That thing for you may not be skydiving or astrology my point is simply understanding something and its use doesn't mean you have to do it but what can it hurt to have knowledge if nothing else to recognize when you may need to recommend it to someone else?

Currently the jury is still out on if compromise truly exists. I think there are lives than can overlap and workout but im realizing for me and my life the more compromise needs to exist the less compatible to the situation, relationship or collaboration for me. definitely going to revisit my thoughts on this soon.

I've been trying this method for time management for months and it works. I can organize in my sleep but at some point all that organization take sup your energy. this was a simple approach to holding myself accountable while also remaining flexible. routine get us to freedom but the routine has to be enjoyable at least for me. if the routines suck then wouldn't your life suck since life is nothing but routines? let me know what you think!

your medicine may not look like someone else's and if you start listening to others instead of what you were prescribed things won't work or heal how they were intended to. people can have good intentions for you and still try and steer yo away from the medicine that's for you and these are some ways i've been handling that

best thing you can do for yourself is start taking is seriously that everything is connected. a bit of a hot head myself I find that seeing the bigger picture is just so important. trust that your discomfort is valid but you should still let it pass and remember this is all connected

I'm appreciative every time I see in real time that me taking a gap year on life was worth it, figuring out how to live again after becoming someone new isn't much different than when you're young no matter what, you won't know the answers but its about learning how to read the signs while navigating where you're headed even if you don't know the final destination.

I know that I recorded this but my gawd I needed to hear this again while I was editing it. I know that my creative process isn't as linear as I thought it would be but this message was so important. im grateful that im learning to slow down even with my own creations because truth is the thing I need or the motivation I can't find is renewed when I listen back to my work but often I dont because I fear my own criticism when truth is similar to going to the gym ive never regretted listening back to my work. I draw out my process now and it took me a while to give myself permission to, recording the thought is one part and does something for me but I still edit in order os it may be a couple of weeks before I edit so then I listen again to edit and then I get something else from it and then weeks after its actually posted I go back to cut clips and by then I am really just getting high on my own supply and I need it more than I know. its not just a bout posting your work its making sure you connect with it fully before putting it out so that you aren't blinded or confused my validation.
