On the morning of March 12th, 2011 in Bethesda, Maryland Lululemon’s store manager Rachel Oertli went to work like any other day. Although when she arrived the door was unlocked, and the store looked like it may have been robbed. Frightened Rachel found an Apple customer next door who decided to help her out and go in the store with her. Not only was the store in disarray but they were about to discover something that would change their lives forever.
