I'm so excited to welcome my friend Celeste Lazaris for our fifth episode of "My Magical Horse ~ The Podcast!" Celeste is a horse trainer, body worker and most notably the creator of the Balance Through Movement Method™.

In this episode, Celeste and I talk about her Andalusian Stallion "Dragon" and how he led her down a path that ultimately became the catalyst that brought "BTMM" into existence, plus SO MUCH MORE!

I met Celeste nearly 6 years ago when I first started seeing her for massage therapy for myself, so that I could continue to function as a horse trainer. At that time, she had recently put her own horse training career on hold while she furthered her education as a body worker, ultimately to help her Arabian gelding "Kid" and later her Andalusian stallion "Dragon," through some very trying times... 

As fate would have it, it was during this "pause" from horse training, that she spent much of her time intricately studying her own horses lameness and soundness patterns and developed what is now known as the "Balance Through Movement Method™." 

Today Celeste is considered an expert in equine biomechanics and classical development of the horse. She specializes in nerve release, thoracic sling and spinal integrity, and ultimately in creating sound horses...body, mind and spirit.

Celeste speaks and clinics world-wide, educating veterinarians, trainers and amateur owners alike, helping to solve many lameness issues that were once considered career or even life ending cases.
