This week I am joined by Portsmouth based runner Colin Reynolds who shares his running story, from growing up in Yorkshire and taking his first runs while doing the milk round, to eventually returning to Yorkshire to run some of the Hardmoors races. Colin has a wealth of knowledge about the outdoors and is a really good person to have with you on a long hike or race. He is always willing to lend a hand anytime, any place and much of his long distance ultra running was picked up with similar kindness from other runners. Enjoy the show everyone!
