This episode deals with negotiation.  Most people don’t realize they negotiate multiple times a day whether they know it or not.  It’s not just negotiating for the best price on an item or getting your boss to give you a raise, sometimes negotiations are non-verbal and largely ignored like when you’re dealing with a waitress or waiter at a restaurant.
