In this interview episode, I got to sit down with Brian Ford, who is the co-founder of @forpurpose, a non-profit organization in support of veterans through the #BurpeesForVets challenge which spreads awareness by donating $11 to do 11 seconds of burpees with a 7 figure goal this year. He is also the host of the @self.improvement.daily podcast that provides daily insight on personal development to show up with more discipline and intention.
