This week I had the pleasure of interviewing West Midlands Police's ACC Matt Welsted for an in-depth interview.

Matt is open about his career journey and hurdles faced, including the challenges of neurodiversity. He shares what forces can do to help and what neurodiverse individuals can do to help themselves too. In this wide-ranging interview, Matt also shares CPD guidance, leadership insights, and even goes deep on AI, both its current uses and the future.
