Dean Hedger has always had a passion for the automotive industry. He began his career managing the fleet at a small leasing company, which eventually evolved into Lex over the course of 18 years. During his time at Lex, Dean gained valuable experience in the public sector and commercial vehicles and a deep understanding of electric vehicles due to the company's partnership with BMW. Dean moved to the AA, where he worked on expanding their services beyond breakdown assistance, particularly in providing back-office support for charging stations.
