With World War II just ending and the Cold War ramping up we were on edge to say the least but nothing could prepare the American people for what was coming next. On June 24, 1947 Kenneth Arnold would report a sighting of nine unidentified flying objects and once that hit the media we couldn't stop the sightings from flooding the airwaves.
