This week, the idiots kick things off with a discussion about the weather. As they record, it’s -20 in Iowa (with the wind chill), and +40 in NYC.

Jake hates the cold, but nathan likes the way it keeps snakes and spiders from reaching Australia size, and the homeless population from becoming like Los Angeles.

Following that, they get into the news. 

First up, My Pillow Guy Mike Lindell is out at Fox. The clickbait headline makes it seem like they had a disagreement, but nah, it’s just money. Lindell is broke, because like a dog with a bone, he just can’t let go of a lie. 

Unfortunate for anyone who works at his company, but deserved for him, since he’s such an incredible moron.

After that, Lauren Boebert was last in the news for some heavy petting during Beetlejuice. Now, it’s domestic violence. Yes, the “family values” champion (who was met and dated her future husband when she was 16 and he was 22) got into a punching match with her ex. 

Because that’s what reasonable and sane people do.

Next up: Just how stupid are Americans? Well, the New York Times thinks we’re so stupid, they needed to write and title an article, “Who are the Houthis, and why is the U.S. attacking them?”

Americans probably have no idea who the Houthis are, much less where Yemen is.

Yay us.

Sadly, racism is alive and well today, but possibly worse than that, an adult couple learned this the hard way, when they decided to celebrate a birthday… 

…at IHOP.

Weird? Gross? Affordable?

Probably all three.

Finally, Jo Kay bombed at the Golden Globes last week. 

For some reason, people were angry. Like, actively angry.

People have too much time on their hands.
