A chiropractic practice while special and unique is in many respects like any business. Within healthcare  chiropractic practice has a special niche and yet the basic fundamentals are virtually the same as any business. On a previous episode we discussed ‘the business of business’, so on this episode we dig into the stages of business from startup through growth ,and onto plateau. Then to DECIDE to grow again or hold steady until decline and retirement. This sounds short and easy ,but I assume you there is a lot to consider in each of these steps.
