Kenneth McDuff started committing crimes at a young age, so police knew exactly who he was in the town of Rosebud, Texas. After going to prison on multiple occasions he just kept getting released back into society. Kenneth turned to murder terrifying the community and unfortunately, he would become an American serial killer.
