A very special episode after a summer holiday break, with my awesome co-host David Harvey who pretty much steals the show this week with his epic tales of TDS where he completed the 95 mile grueling course during this years UTMB race series. Dave goes into some detail about the course and the race and how it all panned out. Dave was joined by a number of runners from the Portsmouth area, all taking on various races during the week long running festival in Chamonix. We also promise to get another show out within a couple of weeks, or face a trial of terror! Happy running everyone! x
