They include: the 4 A's stress management technique to help with long-term situations, stress journaling and diaries that can help you manage your thoughts and emotions, plus an immediate result implementing the 5,4,3,2,1 grounding technique as a source of distraction but ultimately an altered thought process. These mindset techniques can help you relieve anxiety and regain control over your thoughts. Finally, I emphasize the importance of recognizing anxiety as an internal pressure and that we have the power to release it ourselves.
