Osteochondromas and Osteoid Osteomas are benign tumors of bone. Osteochondromas are known for the external growth from the bone and a cartilage cap. Osteoid Osteomas are known for causing pain to the area of the lesion. In this episode we discuss the pathogenesis, typical presentation and treatment of both diagnoses.
