Anthony Delgado was a 17-month-old child living in Park Hill with his single mother. Desperate to find someone to babysit little Anthony his mother asked her friend Gloria Fields to watch him over the weekend, while she found a new place for them to live. No one expected this to be the last weekend this child would experience.
