Do you ever feel like you’ve done every type of workout and tried all the types of diets out there and yet, nothing is happening? Like you’re just going around in circles with your weight gain and weight loss. Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s a normal part of the weight loss journey. 

This is where you’ve reached the point of much needed self reflection. Today, I’ll be sharing with you 5 things to do when nothing else is working. All you need to do is take a step back, re-evaluate your expectations, reflect on your progress, and focus on how far you’ve come, not how far you still have to go.

I’m here to give you that little nudge that you need. It doesn’t matter if you feel like you’ve lost track, what matters is that you just keep going back!
