... and of course, our very special pre Portsmouth Coastal Marathon (and half, and Santa runs!) special! On this show we welcome special guest, local runner and Ironman John Gosling who joins us from TJ Waste and Recycling. They are of course this years main sponsor for the coastal marathon, working with Portsmouth's very own and special Rob Piggott from Believe and Achieve Events. We get to hear what goes into supporting and sponsoring an event like the coastal marathon as it's not all just about helping financially. John and I had a wonderful discussion about running and racing, training and being coached, along with talking about what actually happens to all of the building waste that gets generated in our city. A real interesting show before such a special race.
