In this episode I talk about a super easy, super simple practice that will boost your interoceptive awareness (AKA your ability to listen and notice the internal state of your body.) The truth is our mood is constantly fluctuating- we don’t wake up the same way every morning. Some days are great. We feel energized, joyful, and ready to take on the challenges of the day! Other days can feel painful and might bring feelings of sadness or feeling down. Making small adjustments based on how you feel day in and day out can have many long-term benefits that will help you achieve your goals with more ease.
