Consistency is the goal we are all striving for when it comes to establishing a habit and creating lasting change....but for some reason it eludes so many of us and we end up starting and stopping things, setting unrealistic goals and feeling like we're going in circles.

I talk about the big pitfall many of us get stuck in when trying to find consistency, some really simple techniques we can use not just to create change, but to make it stick and the "big three" pillars of an approach to movement and exercise that will support you for life.
