Prepare yourself to be inspired! This week’s guest literally woke up one day, looked at his wife and said “I need to change”. Since then he’s completely transformed his body and his way of thinking. Lots of us hope to make positive changes in our lives but few follow through, especially to the degree this week’s guest.
