Samantha Birkicht is the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and she is coming off of back-to-back 20 win seasons in what is arguably the toughest NCAA D3 conference in the country, the WIAC (Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference).

Sam, not only is one of the best volleyball coaches in the country, but her and her husband, Ryan, may have the best collegiate Instagram platform in all of college sports (@uwpvolleyball). I encourage you to follow them on Instagram, but check-out their post on Oct. 31, 2023 to get a glimpse of what makes it so special.

Sam also wrote a tremendous piece on social media for me in my book Significant Recruiting: The Playbook for Prospective College Athletes. Her contribution to Chapter 9 on social media is brilliant, and I'm not afraid to say that it may be the best thing written in that chapter.
