One of the biggest complaints we hear is brands complaining that the engagement levels on social media are terrible-to-non-existent.

But usually, we dig a little deeper than that. And one of our questions to brands is, when was the last time you asked your audience to engage?

It sounds so simple, but here it is, why would anyone engage with your brand if they don't feel like welcome to do so. You're trying to build a community online, right? So, let's invite everyone in. Let's make it welcoming, let's encourage conversation, debate, or sharing.
