In this episode, and on our very SMOGATHON special episode, we are joined by local running legend and ultra runner Victoria Henderson. Victoria has completed a number of very long races over the years since getting into long distance running back in 2015. Those races include UTMB CCC, Arc of Attrition and many of the Centurion races too.

Victoria took part in the 2023 SMOGATHON and comes on to chat all about the run itself and about a topic I learned a lot about preparing for this show - female participation in ultra distance running and races.
