On the first episode of 2024 we welcome local ultra runner and writer Helen Newman to the show. Helen joins us on what has been a role of episodes showing what local women have been achieving with their running, especially with the long distance events. Helen had such a fantastic year in 2023, achieving all of her running goals, including new PB's, finishing a 100+ mile ultra run in challenging conditions, and many more. Thoroughly enjoyed recording this and having a friendly running chat with another one of our inspiring local runners.
