Sammy Wilson is a movement and mobility coach from the Pocket PT. She has a BCS in sports and exercise science and a qualified level 3 personal trainer. Sammy is a retired elite athlete. She used to compete for the Great Britain artistic swimming team and have since been navigating staying mobile whilst spending a lot of time at a desk. Her job is to help people who sit at a desk all day getting achy and lethargic, to move more, feel energized and ultimately become happier!
