Before we start this episode, I want to say Happy Anniversary to my wife! Today is our 21st wedding anniversary!  I Love YOU!

In episode 8, we get to speak with an every dad just like you and me.    A huge shout out goes to Dana Look-Arimoto who is a very successful executive coach, speaker, and author!  She wrote the book "Stop Settling, Settle Smart" and explained to me that she had the perfect guest for me.....her husband, Darren!  She raved about him as a stepfather and explained to me the impact that he is having on her daughters.

Darren Arimoto is an experienced electrician in California.  Both he and Dana are in their 2nd marriages each and are loving this phase of life they are both experiencing.  In speaking with them both, they both feel they have hit the jackpot and have a very beautiful and happy family. 

There are a lot of great nuggets of wisdom from Darren surrounding curiosity, being authentic and learning to say "no" as you can’t always say yes.
