Isiah Kiner-Falefa’s baseball journey is plenty unique. He’s a relative of Hall of Famer Ralph Kiner, and one of very few players to hail from Hawaii. Brought to town last year to be the starting shortstop, these days, he’s much more likely to be found in the outfield or even on the pitcher’s mound.
