Deep in the mountains of Northern California, Tom Neal Creek flows down a wild, rugged, densely forested canyon. Edged with moss and ferns, the crystal clear water tumbles over ancient sedimentary rock that form the many small waterfalls and cascades that line its course.
I recorded this on a clear winter day beside the creek at a place that I found to have an unusual, albeit pleasing resonance.
