Words really do matter. On this episode, we talk about how we found a fun, silly and unique way to process emotions by using words but instead of saying them or shouting them, or even mumbling them under our breath, we discovered how to communicate these emotions in the form of words straight up to God Himself using what we call a "Trash Talk Bin." It's based on Ephesians 4:29. Look it up. It's a fun little verse packed with plenty of conviction. ;0)
