Dr. Wolfe attended medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic medicine, completed her internal medicine residency at NYU-Winthrop Hospital, and continued to pursue a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at that institution. She currently works with a large group practice affiliated with Stony Brook University Hospital. On today’s interview, Dr. Wolfe will share her medical journey, how she navigated and excelled as a D.O. in a predominantly M.D. residency, and how she has excelled as a female physician in a male dominated sub-specialty.
