Matt Radatz, CTEM, equipment manager at Hawks Landing Golf Club in Verona, WI, started at the age of 15 working on a golf course for his dad, who was the superintendent. Matt quickly learned the ropes on equipment. He worked through EMCP levels one and two. He earned certified turf equipment manager status this summer. He is the first father and son team to both be certified. His dad Neil Radatz is a certified golf course superintendent. His dad is his mentor and they have a great  relationship.
