Earlier this week I saw a young man riding his bike with his helmet on and chin strap undone. 

As he road past me I thought to myself, "that is about as useless as trying to cut a tree down with a butter knife".

Helmets have been around forever. As technology advances helmets become better. 

Unfortunately, amongst the great advancements there unfair claims made in the marketing of certain types of helmets. During today's episode I discuss the importance of helmets, helmets and concussion and address the claims made by certain companies who market "concussion helmets".
