We talk with Conor Harrison, Ph.D., Associate Professor of economic geography, University of South Carolina.
We discuss the ICE raid in Charlotte, N.C..
We also focus on the lack of and cutbacks to energy and fuel assistance programs. Only 25% of those who are eligible received aid, because of cuts to the agencies, including shutting some agencies completely by the administration.
