Join The Force Plate Guy as he sits down the "Godfather of Golf Fitness" Ben Shear. Ben has been coaching at the highest of levels since 1998 and has almost seen it all in several different sports. Ben gives great insights into how golfers can gain  more club head speed during the off season and lower their score in the Spring.
