In this week’s episode we are looking at Mental Health Awareness week which is taking place starting today Monday 18th May – 24th May. Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week’s theme is kindness this year. I will be discussing and sharing the information on their website which gives practical advices on how to be kind this week.
