This week’s guest is someone who has revolutionised the way we talk about mental health. Luke Ambler is a former rugby league pro who founded Andy’s Man Club, the clubs that meet every Monday evening across the country. I interviewed him for the Guardian a couple of years ago and the way he spoke about mental health blew me away - he was the first bloke I met who just chatted about this stuff normally. He’s been a big inspiration and it was great catching up with him about the success of AMC and his personal approach to self improvement and that. Hope you enjoy it.
